From signing up to your result
Register
Verify your email or phone, choose your type of account and pick your language. English and Arabic are both fully supported.
Get approved
We check a few details to confirm who you are, or that your business is genuine. We don't ask for your full visa file at this stage.
Ask for a service
Choose what you need. A specialist checks whether there's a workable route and tells you before you pay anything.
Approve a quote
Every quote shows our fee, government fees and supplier costs separately, along with what's included and what isn't.
Share your documents
Upload what's needed through your secure account. We'll only come back to you for things that are missing or unclear.
Follow your progress
Your account shows where each case is, who has the next action and every official reference as it arrives.
Why we approve accounts first
It might feel like an extra step, but it protects everyone. Our clients share passports, financial records and contracts with us, and our artists trust us with their privacy. Knowing exactly who we're working with is where that trust starts.
It also keeps a few things separate that are easy to mix up: whether your account is approved, which plan you've chosen, whether a particular service is possible for you, and whether you can see the talent roster. Each one is its own decision, so one never quietly stands in for another.
How you'll hear from us
We update your case when something has genuinely changed and we have the evidence for it, like an official receipt, a reference number or a result. You won't get vague updates just to fill the silence.
At launch, updates come through your account and by email. Official notices from an authority arrive through that authority's own channels, usually the email or phone number on your application, so keep an eye on those as well.
How we look after your documents
- Kept in private, encrypted storage, never passed around as email attachments
- Seen only by the people working on your case
- Download links that expire, so files aren't left lying around
- Shared with an authority or partner only when your case needs it, and with your consent
- Kept for as long as the law and your contract require, then deleted
Paying for services
You pay for each service once you've approved its quote. Some services are paid in stages, for example when a government fee falls due partway through a case. You'll always see what's due, what it's for and when.
If you cancel, what's refundable depends on the work already done, any supplier bookings already made and whether government fees can be recovered. Full cancellation and refund terms for each service will be published before we open.
Using more than one service
Plenty of clients use more than one service, like a Golden Visa followed by concierge, or a talent booking that needs permits and travel. Each service keeps its own quote and status, but they're linked in your account, so a change in one is flagged in the others.
