Who we work with
Our roster covers actors, musicians and bands, DJs, presenters and hosts, influencers and content creators, dancers, comedians and models. Some are based in the UAE and some fly in for the right project.
Every artist is verified before they're listed, including who manages them and what they're able to agree to. So when we tell you someone is available for your project, it actually means something.
Why the roster isn't public
Anyone can see the kinds of talent we represent, but the profiles themselves are only open to organisations we've approved. That protects the artists' privacy and rates, and it means the people browsing are serious about booking.
To get access, your organisation applies with its trade licence details, an authorised contact and an idea of the projects you run. We review each application and usually grant access to specific groups of talent. Buying a plan doesn't include roster access on its own, because the decision is about fit rather than payment.
How a booking works
Send your brief
Dates, location, what you need the artist to do, where the content will appear and your budget. Tell us how long and where you plan to use anything that's recorded, because usage rights affect the fee.
Shortlist and availability
We check availability, existing commitments and any exclusivity, then share a shortlist with everything you need to choose.
Offer and negotiation
We agree the commercial terms with the artist or their manager and send you a clear offer with an expiry date.
Contract
Everything is written down: deliverables, dates, usage rights, cancellation, substitution and how disputes are handled. Our contracts are based on templates prepared with legal advisers.
Payment secured
Your fee is secured before the booking is confirmed, so the artist knows the work is real and you know the date is held.
Delivery
We coordinate the day itself, from travel and permits to riders and timings, and keep a record that the work was delivered.
Release and close
Once you've accepted the work, payment is released to the artist in the agreed stages and we close the booking.
How both sides are protected
For you
A written contract before anything is confirmed, clear usage rights, an agreed process if something goes wrong, and one team accountable for the whole booking.
For the artist
Funds secured before they commit their time, payment released on delivery, and their contact details and rates kept private.
Clear contracting
Depending on the booking, you'll contract either with us or directly with the artist while we manage the deal. We'll always tell you which before you sign, along with who invoices whom.
Permits and travel taken care of
If the artist needs an advertiser permit, a visa or travel, we handle it as part of the project through our permits and concierge teams.
Booking questions
Can we book someone who isn't on your roster?
Sometimes. If you have a specific person in mind, tell us. We'll approach them or their representatives, and if they agree to work through us, we'll verify them like any other artist.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Popular artists get booked up quickly, especially around big events, and campaigns that need permits or travel need extra time.
What if the artist cancels?
Your contract sets out what happens. That usually means a suitable substitute that you approve, or a refund of the secured fee for that part of the booking.
Who owns the content that's recorded?
That's agreed in the contract. Usage rights cover where, how and for how long you can use the content. It's worth thinking about early, because it affects the fee.
Can government entities book through you?
Yes. Authorities and public bodies apply for access the same way companies do, and we'll work within your procurement requirements wherever we can.
