One account, organised your way
Your organisation gets its own account, separate from anyone's personal one. You can invite colleagues, decide what each person can see and do, and keep projects for different teams or clients apart.
Every case has a named coordinator, a quote you've approved and a clear status. When someone asks where something is, you can check it yourself instead of digging through an email thread.
If you work across more than one organisation, for example as an agency acting for several clients, each organisation's cases stay separate.

Share your trade licence details, an authorised signatory and what you'd like to use us for.
Verification
We confirm the business and the authority of the person applying. It protects you, us and the people whose documents you'll be sharing.
Agree how you'll work with us
Pay per case, or set up an annual agreement with agreed rates and a named account manager.

Authorities and public organisations can work with us too. We'll follow your procurement and documentation requirements wherever we can, and we'll always be clear that we're a private company, not part of government.
Questions from organisations
Who in our company can see employees' documents?
Only the people you give that permission to. Personal documents are shared with as few people as each case needs, on your side and on ours.
Can an agency use one account for several clients?
Yes, and each client's work stays separate. If your client has its own organisation account, you can work on their behalf with their permission.
Is roster access included in an annual agreement?
Not automatically. Talent access is reviewed on its own, because it depends on the kind of projects you run rather than the plan you choose.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. A lot of productions and campaigns are confidential, and we're happy to agree confidentiality terms before you share the details.
