Why we exist
If you've ever applied for residency, organised a shoot or booked a performer in the UAE, you'll know the hardest part usually isn't any single step. It's keeping track of all of them. Different authorities, different agents, documents sent back and forth by email, and nobody who can tell you in plain words where things stand.
Emirates Media Hub is built to change that. One account, one team and one clear record of everything that's happening, so you can spend your time on the work that brought you here.
How we work
We tell you the truth early
If your case is weak, a date is unrealistic or a location won't work, you'll hear it from us before you've paid, not after.
We show every cost
Our fee, government fees and supplier costs are always separate lines. No bundled numbers and no surprises later on.
We only report what's real
A step is complete when we have the official receipt, reference or result in hand. Not a moment before.
We protect what you share
Your documents, contracts and personal details are seen only by the people who need them for your case.
What we are, and what we aren't
Emirates Media Hub is a private company. We aren't a government entity, and we don't issue visas, residencies or permits. Those decisions are made by the relevant UAE authorities, such as ICP, GDRFA, the Ministry of Culture, the National Media Authority and the film and tourism bodies in each emirate.
What we do is prepare, submit and follow up, working through official channels and authorised partners. Where a step needs a licensed partner, like a travel agency or an authorised permit applicant, we'll tell you who that is.
Where we work
We're building coverage across all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Some services follow different rules in each emirate, so we open each route once we're confident we can deliver it properly.
English and Arabic
Everything we offer works in both English and Arabic, from this website to your account and your documents. Talk to us in whichever you're more comfortable with.
